Payment is made at the time of consultation. It is advisable to check the fees when the consultation is booked.

We accept EFTPOS, cash, debit and credit cards except for Diners Card. There is no charge for VISA/Mastercard and a 0.95% charge for American Express.

EFTPOS, debit card and direct deposit facilities are available. There are no fees associated with these.

Where will I have my baby or surgery?

What is your appointment cancellation policy?

Dr Burton’s staff will send you a text the 24-48 hours before your consultation. Please reply to confirm your booking. On the day of the consultation you should receive a text if there any delays. The unpredictable nature of Dr Burton’s practice can make this difficult. If you can’t attend a phone call would be appreciated so we can offer an appointment to someone else.

Who will be my anaesthetist?

We have a very experienced anaestethic team that we work with. Often they want us to do extra tests before an anaestethic which we will organise. If you are having an epidural there is a roster of very dedicated anaesthetists. The anaesthetist will charge a separate fee.
