Obstetric:

Obstetric emergencies please contact the Birthing suites of your booked Hospital.

Gynaecology:

If you have had a recent operation contact the ward you were in and they will contact Dr Burton.

For other emergencies please go to the Accident and Emergency Department at your closest hospital.

  Parking

P1 can be accessed either from Reserve Rd if coming from Artarmon and the Gore Hill Freeway or from Herbert St (turn into RNSH campus 400 metres from St Leonards Railway Station). P1 can also be accessed by driving past the North Shore Private Hospital on Westbourne St if coming from the Pacific Hwy. P1 has better Pedestrian and Pram access.

P2 is accessed either from Westbourne St ( turn right just before the hospital ) or from Reserve Rd if coming from Pacific Hwy at the south end of the campus.

Payment for parking can be made:

• at the ticket machine located on the ground floor of the multi-storey car park prior to leaving
  
• or at the boom gate with a credit card only

Concession, daily and weekly passes are available for purchase at the Parking Office located in the P2 multi-story car park. The Parking Office also has information about long-term parking costs and conditions.

    Public Transport

The nearest train station is St Leonards station. Trains run from the city on the Northern Line and take approximately 20 minutes to St Leonards. From the station the hospital is about a 10 minute walk.

Regular buses running between the upper and lower North Shore, Epping, Ryde and Sydney city, stop on the Pacific Highway outside RNSH. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the Highway to the hospital. Designated 144 buses (Manly to Chatswood) stop inside the RNSH / NSPH hospital campus.
